Removal Process

Before the removal process begins, your solar hot water system is visually inspected for any damaged panels/tubes, heat exchangers, plumbing, and/or racking.
The system is tested for pressure, voltage and overall system efficiency. These readings are documented to ensure proper efficeincy after reinstallion
Once the inspection process is complete, the system is shut down and de-pressurized. This involves draining the system of heat transfer fluid from the panels, plumbing and heat exchanger.

1: Disconnect panel connections on roof

2: Remove mounting hardware

3: Carefully remove panels/tubes

4: Store or transport panels/tubes

Once the panels are safely on the ground, we store them in a safe and dry place on site or transport them to a new location, depending on your project requirements.
